The State of Michigan Arts and Culture Council invites you to join us for an informal chat with National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Chairman, Mary Anne Carter.
Carter leads the agency for a second time, expanding on her leadership during President Donald Trump’s first term. As an enduring champion of the arts, she will share insights, including the state/federal partnership agreements, special initiatives, and funding opportunities. Michigan Arts and Culture Council Chair Amy Spadafore will moderate the discussion.
